• Encourage others to be the best version of themselves by establishing high expectations, by providing multiple opportunities for success, and by providing needed supports.

• Be present. Serve others, be it administrators, teachers, parents, students, or the community at large, in whatever way possible so as to ensure all are safe, responsible, successful, and productive members of society who have the capacity and desire for lifelong learning.
