My Classroom

Below are pictures of various classroom layouts I have used throughout the years that demonstrate a continuous effort to create a positive and safe environment that promotes learning in its various forms. The images also reflect continuous efforts to maximize instructional time by establishing the most efficient routines and procedures.

In my latest year of teaching, I adopted a flexible seating arrangement in my classroom by which I learned a great deal on how to better implement the concept in the high school setting. Flexible seating is by no means easy, nor is it ideal for every classrooms, but I enjoyed the opportunity to incorporate in my teaching practice.
